How we handle your information

Causativity Tech Help at The Towers, New Haven, CT. Draft: pending legal review.

What we keep

Your first name, your email address, and short notes about what we helped you with at each visit. That's all. We never store passwords, account numbers, or financial details, and our system blocks volunteers from writing them down.

Why we keep it

So the next volunteer knows what you've worked on before, and so we can send you a helpful follow-up email after a visit, but only if you said yes to receiving them.

Emails from us

Follow-up emails come from the program, not from an individual volunteer. We will never ask for your password, account numbers, or personal information by email. If an email asks for those things, it is not from us.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop sending emails, or to delete everything we have about you, at any time. Just tell any volunteer at the help desk and it will be done.

Who can see it

Only the program's volunteers, each with their own login. We do not sell or share your information with anyone.
